About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Johnston, Rhode Island.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with physical therapy exercises
- Help patients improve mobility and strength
- Work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment
