Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,510 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract starting July 25, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 7-hour shifts, 35 hours per week
• Assist patients with physical therapy exercises and activities of daily living
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in California
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field preferred
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)

Skills

• Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information

Pay

The pay package is based on 7-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Any benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to the weekly pay.
