Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist - $2,250 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Los Angeles, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 35 hours per week, 7-hour shifts
• Assist clients in improving their physical function and mobility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in LTC or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Experience with long-term care and rehabilitation techniques

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping

Pay

• Based on 7-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
