About the role
A travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist position is available in Monroe, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
- Assist patients with physical therapy exercises and treatments
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience with long-term care and/or skilled nursing facility patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
