Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist - $2,070 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 2, 2026, in Hamilton, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of New Jersey
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
