CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 25, 2026, in Farmington, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Illinois
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
