Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist - $2,070 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 25, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois.
• At least two years of recent clinical experience in long-term care or related field.
• Knowledge of long-term care facilities and their unique patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology relevant to long-term care settings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure.
