About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 10, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care facility setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Assess patient conditions and progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

  • Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wyoming.
  • At least one year of recent relevant experience in long-term care or similar settings.
  • Knowledge of long-term care facilities and their unique patient populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment is intended for informational purposes and includes hourly wages, as well as reimbursements for meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Any benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to the weekly pay.

Schedule

We are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this contract/travel role. Contract/travel assignments are typically 13 weeks, with potential to extend.
