About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 11, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care facility setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wyoming.
  • At least two years of clinical experience in long-term care or related field.
  • Knowledge of long-term care facilities and patient care protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

  • Strong clinical skills in physical therapy.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, as well as reimbursements for meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Any benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to the weekly pay.

Schedule

Days shift, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
