About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Rensselaer, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Indiana
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Passionate about providing high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current physical therapy license in the state of Indiana
- ACLS certification
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
- Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
