About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin
- Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility settings preferred
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current CPR certification
