About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Towson, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Maryland
- At least one year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of long-term care and skilled nursing facility protocols

- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping
