About the role
A travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist position is available in Florence, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
- Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of South Carolina
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) preferred
