Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist - $1,940 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 25, 2026, in St. Helens, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient conditions and progress regularly to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• At least two years of recent, relevant clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in computer software, including electronic medical records systems.

Skills

• Skilled in assessing and treating patients with various conditions.
• Experience working in long-term care facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processes.
