About the role
A travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist is needed for a 13-week assignment starting July 10, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in long-term care or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping
