About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Mount Vernon, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Pass a background check.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $1,912.00 Plus Additional: $200.00 Travel Reimbursement
Schedule
32 hours per week, 8 hours shift.
