About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a position in Moore, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in long-term care facilities.
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Document progress and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oklahoma.
- At least 1 year of recent relevant experience in long-term care settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current CPR certification.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
