Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a position in Ada, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Assess and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Document progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least 2 years of recent related work experience in long-term care settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the national certification exam.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with complex medical conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
