Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a position in Ada, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in long-term care facilities.
- Assess and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Document progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- At least 2 years of recent related work experience in long-term care settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the national certification exam.
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with complex medical conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
