Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a position in Mound City, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional abilities and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in long-term care settings.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems.
• Experience with fall prevention and pressure ulcer prevention techniques.
• Knowledge of community resources available to LTC residents.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
