Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Mcminnville, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Active Occupational Therapist License.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Pass a background check.

• Strong clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Weekly Gross: $2,016.00 Plus Additional: $200.00 Travel Reimbursement

Schedule

32 hours per week, 8 hours shift.
