Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist - $1,940 per week

About the role

Award-winning CoreMedical Group is currently seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract starting immediately in Granger, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care facility setting
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote independence and quality of life
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and communicate with families and referring physicians

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Indiana
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
