About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Mcminnville, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Assess and evaluate resident needs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
- Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant License.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification.
