About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Acute Care Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract in Mesa, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients with complex medical conditions requiring prolonged hospitalization
- Assessment and treatment of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Active Speech Language Pathologist License
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and unrestricted license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Arizona
- Experience working in a long-term acute care setting preferred
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in assessment and treatment of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping
Pay
Weekly Gross: $1,440.00
Schedule
24 hours per week, 8 hours shift
