About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Long Term Acute Care Speech Language Pathologist for a position in Mesa, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a long-term acute care setting.
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program.
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Arizona.
- Experience working in long-term acute care settings preferred.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
Skills
- Proficient in using speech-language pathology software.
- Knowledge of long-term acute care protocols and standards.
