Travel Long Term Acute Care Respiratory Therapist - $2,451 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Long Term Acute Care Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 16, 2026 in Iowa City, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer treatments such as nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Iowa.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Knowledge of advanced respiratory techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Pass a background check.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
