About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 24, 2026, in Gulfport, Mississippi.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care services to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Perform diagnostic testing and interpret results to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of Mississippi.
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
- Knowledge of advanced life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).
Qualifications
