Travel Long Term Acute Care Respiratory Therapist - $2,324 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Long Term Acute Care Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Birmingham, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer treatments such as nebulization, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and infection control procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Alabama.
• Experience in Long Term Acute Care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced respiratory techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
