Supplemental Health Care is seeking experienced Physical Therapists for contract assignments at a long term acute care facility in Madison, Wisconsin. The position offers competitive compensation, professional support, and the opportunity to work 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Wisconsin
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Minimum 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Able to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will provide PT treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines. They will need to have effective communication skills for working with patients, their families, and other caregivers. They may be asked to delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.

Contract Details

• $2,080 - $2,286 per week
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
