Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Long Term Acute Care Physical Therapist for a contract assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. The position starts ASAP, runs for 13 weeks with possible extension, and requires 40 hours per week on 8‑hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines.
• Use effective communication skills when working with patients, families, and other caregivers.
• May be asked to delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Ohio.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Minimum 1‑year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel.

Pay

$2,010 – $2,218 per week (based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined).
