Responsibilities
- Aid patients and residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
- Report changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
- Participate in the care planning process.
Requirements
- Active LNA License in VT
- Successful completion of a state approved Licensed Nursing Assistant program
- Every other weekend required
- Must have reliable transportation
