Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Responsible for medication administration, resident assessments, documentation, and supporting CNAs in delivering safe, quality care. Must be comfortable working in a long-term care environment with higher-acuity residents.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (NC or compact)
- Minimum LTC/SNF experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Able to work 12-hour night shifts
- Able to manage high patient-to-nurse ratios
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to float or work extra shifts as needed

- Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting
- 36-hour guaranteed schedule
- On-site housing available ($200/week, $250 deposit)
