Role and Responsibilities

• Assist patients through clinical social work, providing support, counseling, and resource coordination.
• Ensure compliance with licensure requirements and maintain high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans, advocating for patients' needs, and supporting their emotional well-being.

Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
• BLS Certification and CPI required
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to patient advocacy and ethical practice
