Travel Licensed Social Worker (LSW)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services in a healthcare setting to support patient needs.
• Assess client situations, develop care plans, and coordinate appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid social work license and certification.
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience.
• Required certifications include BLS and CPI.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Duties

• Support patients and families through counseling and resource navigation.
