Role & Responsibilities
Provide clinical social work services in a healthcare facility, supporting patients' emotional and psychosocial needs.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans, advocate for patients, and ensure quality care.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must possess a valid LSW license
- Must have BLS certification
- Must have at least one year of recent clinical experience
- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills are essential
Key Duties
- Conduct patient assessments
- Develop intervention plans
- Facilitate patient and family counseling
- Cookordinate resources to support patient well-being
- Adhere to clinical standards and documentation requirements
