Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and direct resident support in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects in collaboration with the care team
• Conduct routine resident assessments, document findings, and escalate changes to supervising staff
• Maintain infection control practices, safety, and patient-centered care across shifts
• Document accurately in resident records and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Ability to perform typical nursing duties in a long-term care environment
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule including nights and varied shifts
• Commitment to patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and other disciplines
• Eligible for employment in the United States and able to meet facility health requirements
