Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care
Start date: 08/17/2026 for several weeks.
Travel - temporary assignment with guaranteed 40 hours per week and a weekly pay range of $1,824-$1,854.
Shift: As assigned in a long-term care facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, within the scope of practice for an LPN
- Maintain residents' conditions, perform vital signs, and document findings in the electronic health record
- Conduct head-to-toe assessments and provide essential nursing care to residents
- Absorb activities of daily living and maintain resident safety
- Administer injections and provide routine wound care as directed
- Collaborate with registered nurses and the care team to implement and update care plans
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing; eligible to practice in the state of New Hampshire
- Current CPR/BLS certification from a recognized provider
- LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program
- Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred
- Willingness to undergo background check and licensure verification
