About the role
Psychotherapist to support Healthy Young Minds ambulatory services, with coverage split between Palo Alto (PAD), Fremont (ALD), and Sunnyvale (CAD) as patient needs dictate. Primarily Palo Alto until that vacancy is filled. The manager may need to split the week between Palo Alto and Sunnyvale for 2-3 months, then between Sunnyvale and Fremont for the rest of the assignment.
Interim behavioral health care manager providing care coordination and psychotherapy interventions in a pediatric primary care clinic, covering an extended leave of absence.
