Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse - $3,060 per week

The Labor and Delivery (L&D) specialty position is located in North Platte, Nebraska. This role involves providing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit, with responsibilities including circulating C-sections, caring for postpartum patients, and potentially floating to medical-surgical units. The position requires assessment, planning, and execution of patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in the labor and delivery unit
• Circulate during C-sections
• Care for postpartum patients
• Flooding to medical-surgical units (when needed)
• Assess patient needs
• Review diagnostics
• Formulate care plans
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Valid licensing to submit
• Proper certification for neonatal resuscitation

Preferred Qualifications

• Trained in Labor and Delivery
• Experienced in circulating C-sections
• Postpartum care experience
• Experience floating to medical-surgical units

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
