About the role
Seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week contract position in Charles City, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients during labor and delivery
- Work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour, night shift schedule
- Adhere to block schedule of 6 consecutive working days followed by 8 consecutive days off
- Require recent Labor & Delivery experience
- Must have active RN license from IA or a compact state
- Must hold BLS, ACLS, NRP, and other facility-required certifications
- Must be able to work 12-hour overnight shifts
- Must demonstrate strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Previous travel nursing experience is preferred
- Experience with EMR systems is preferred
- Must be reliable, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced hospital environment
Requirements
