Additional responsibilities: Manage antepartum and postpartum care, including titration of common drips such as magnesium, oxytocin, and others. Clinical involvement includes troubleshooting neonatal vent systems (CPAP, BiPAP, high flow) and electronic fetal heart monitoring (EFM). Floating to medical-surgical/ER units for assistance, primarily providing support with patient care. Orientation includes 3 shifts of 12 hours each. RTO (Request to Return) needed upfront for less than 7 days within a 13-week contract. Candidates must pass fit testing if facial hair is present, with specific testing requirements outlined.
