Required Qualifications: RN licensure and certification in BLS, ACLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and STABLE; 2+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery; located in Kentucky or willing to commute; current certifications must be obtained prior to start date. Preferred Qualifications: Post-partum and Level 1 Newborn nursery experience. Unit Information: Facility Department/Cost Center: 471466001 - Obstetrics and Gynecology Number of Beds: 9 Patient Ratios: per AWHONN staffing standards EHR Systems: Meditech and Centricity Additional Information: The RN will serve as the primary Labor and Delivery nurse during nights, demonstrating independence in patient care. Float requirement: To assist on other units during high volume or low census periods on Labor and Delivery. Dress code: Professional scrubs in any color, avoiding casual wear, T-shirts without nursing themes, and blue jeans.
