About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery unit in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will provide excellent care to patients during labor and postpartum, assisting with vaginal deliveries and Caesarean sections while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal well-being.
• Assist in labor and delivery, including vaginal and surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth process.

Requirements

• Active Texas RN License.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Intermediate and Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• NRP certification.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
