Travel L&D Postpartum RN - $2,055 per week

About the role

Postpartum Nurse located in Lincolnton, NC. This role involves providing care for patients in labor, triage, postpartum, and newborn care within a 101‑bed health care facility. The position requires a dedicated professional with experience in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) settings, supporting a positive, family‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in labor, triage, postpartum, and newborn care
• Support a positive, family‑oriented unit culture
• Complete a 2‑day orientation in the NEO (Neonatal) department
• Participate in float rotation within region 3 (Cleveland, Kings Mountain, Lincoln, Central Division including CMC Main, Mercy, LCH) as needed; floating mid‑shift is paid for travel time between facilities
• Scrubs provided; parking is free
• Work approximately 75% of holidays; up to 6 days of requested time off (excluding holidays) may be approved

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure
• BLS certification
• NRP certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Postpartum Floor, Labor, and Delivery or LDRP settings

Qualifications

• Knowledge of labor management
• Knowledge of cesarean section circulation
• Knowledge of newborn resuscitation
• Knowledge of epidural and Pitocin management
• Knowledge of electronic fetal monitoring
