A licensed registered nurse specializing in Mother/Baby Care is needed in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This position involves providing care to postpartum patients and their newborns within a Mother-Baby unit. The role offers a daytime schedule with 12-hour shifts, and the minimum weekly hours are 48.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers
• Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information
• Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the organization's mission, values, and service standards
• Float rotation may be required

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• 2 or more years of experience in Mother/Baby or related specialty
• Must be located in Oklahoma City, OK
• Bring nursing license on the first day of assignment
