Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $3,250 per week

About the role

Refined Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026, in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Assist with fluoroscopic guidance for biopsies, vascular interventions, and other procedures.
• Operate equipment such as ultrasound, CT, and MRI machines.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist during and after procedures.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.

Requirements

• Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Knowledge of fluoroscopy and related imaging techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in interventional radiology technology.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
