Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $2,708 per week
About the role
TRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a position in York, Maine.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist
- Assist with fluoroscopy and imaging techniques
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist during the procedure
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure
- Document procedures accurately and maintain medical records
Requirements
- Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
- Experience in interventional radiology or related field
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Completion of an accredited interventional radiology technology program
- Current certification in interventional radiology technology
Skills
- Proficiency in operating interventional radiology equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
