This role involves providing therapeutic services to adult and geriatric patients within a rehabilitation facility, ensuring quality care and adherence to clinical standards. Job Details Certifications and Qualifications: BLS certification, Alaska Physical Therapist License (or compact license), at least 1 year of experience required. Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Experience: At least 1 year of relevant inpatient physical therapy experience, with familiarity in acute care settings, adaptive devices, gait training, and patient education. Additional Information: The assignment requires working 5 days a week with two weekend shifts per month. Candidates must be located at least 50 miles from the facility, and prior work at a Providence facility as a permanent employee, traveler, or registry/per-diem is required for consideration.
