Travel Inpatient Occupational Therapist - $2,978 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract position in Zanesville, Ohio. This inpatient role is based at a Level 3 Trauma Center and involves daytime shifts on Acute Inpatient units.

Schedule

• Options available for five 8-hour shifts (8:00am–4:30pm) or four 10-hour shifts (7:00am–5:30pm)
• Weekend coverage expectations apply

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and therapeutic services to patients with orthopedic, neurosurgical, neurological, and cardiovascular diagnoses
• Serve a primary patient demographic including Adults, Geriatrics, and young adults with medically complex needs
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions focused on rehabilitation and recovery
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and families on home care and adaptive strategies

Requirements

• Ohio licensure and registry required; must be active at the time of application
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of Acute Care experience preferred
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
• Familiarity with orthopedic and joint replacement post-operative care preferred
