Travel Inpatient Occupational Therapist - $2,210 per week

Job Summary

Occupational Therapist Inpatient position located in Walla Walla, Washington. This role involves evaluating and treating patients in a short-term acute care hospital setting, including all age groups with diverse diagnoses such as multi-trauma, stroke, orthopedic, and neurological conditions. The therapist will work independently across various hospital units, providing critical inpatient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 10 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State license
• Minimum 0 years of experience
• Experience in acute care settings preferred
• Able to float between hospital units including acute, medical, ICU, and inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with adult rehabilitation
• Acute disorder assessment
• Functional activities
• Familiarity with hospital charting systems such as Epic

• Must have experience working with acute care patients and be capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
• Must include a response to whether they have previously worked at a healthcare organization's facility as a permanent employee, on a travel contract, or as registry/per-diem, including location and dates worked
• Current valid license and compliance documentation are required prior to start

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
