Travel IMU / Stepdown RN - $2,494 per week

About the role

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Stepdown/PCU assignment in Wheeling, West Virginia. The assignment lasts approximately 13.14 weeks, starting October 26, 2026, with a schedule of 36 hours per week in 12‑hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret your own cardiac strips.
• Titrate drips including Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Labetolol, Nitro, and Heparin.
• Manage patients, including those on Tikosyn therapy.

Requirements

• Current RN license (unexpired driver's license required for licensure).
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• BSN is not required.

Skills

• Proficiency in interpreting cardiac strips.
• Ability to titrate cardiovascular medications.
• Experience managing patients on Tikosyn therapy.
